I Feel for All the Receptionists Out There

Well today is the first day I've played receptionist since college. Our normal receptionist is in North Carolina attending her brother's graduation and since I'm next on the totem pole, for the next 2 or 3 days, I'm it. So far so good, but not exactly what I imagined when I took this job. I'm hoping it'll make my day go by faster. Not that I don't have anything to do, but when I'm constantly looking at the clock, time crawls.

I also have a date tonight that my bud Steve set me up on. He sent me a list of advice for how to handle myself. Seems pretty straight forward and common knowledge, but I'm sure I need to be reminded.

On a sports related note, I received notification today that my Red Sox jersey is on it's way. It should arrive this weekend (I didn't know FedEx Ground delivered on a Sat.). Just in time for my FL trip next weekend, which I am still very excited about. It's going to be INSANE.

Glad to see your up and running. Can't wait for Fl. I need to get a new jersey cause I have nomar one and I'm not wareing that one. Haven't figured out who I want yet. I'll have to add a link to your site. Oh yeah Abbey has an e in it so you might want to fix that before she yells at you. She keeps up on the gampps site and I'm sure she will with your if I link it. See you next week. Oh did Gampp give you your red sox nation bracelet?

Thanks for the correction Trace. Last thing I want to do is have AbbEy yell at me :).

Gampp told me to expect it, but I have yet to meet up with him. If not before the trip then definitely by the time we're in FL. I'll post a pic of my jersey when it becomes available.
